Unifying four established IT companies into one cohesive brand

problem
After four established IT companies came together under one name, vectano needed more than a new visual identity. The challenge was to turn different locations, services and teams into one recognizable brand — and then carry that identity consistently across everything the company puts out.
solution
I developed the brand and continued shaping its creative direction across marketing, digital and print. That included campaign concepts, social content, newsletters, landing pages, website assets, presentations, event materials, merchandise and sales collateral. Working closely with the marketing team, technical colleagues and external partners, I helped turn topics like cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and AI into communication that feels clear, useful and recognizably vectano.
What began as a branding project developed into a long-term creative partnership. After creating the visual identity, I continued to shape how vectano shows up across its day-to-day communication, campaigns and customer touchpoints.

The work spans a wide range of formats. I develop and design newsletters, one-pagers, social content, landing pages, presentations, sales materials and campaign assets, while also creating reusable templates that help the internal team stay consistent. A big part of the role is taking technical topics around cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI and managed IT and turning them into communication that feels clear, useful and easy to engage with.
I also work on seasonal and client-facing ideas that go beyond the usual IT marketing. That includes planning Christmas concepts and gifts for clients, developing merchandise and event materials, and creating pieces that make the brand feel more personal and memorable. The parrot mascot became part of that world too, moving from the original identity into 3D applications, campaign visuals and physical objects.
Alongside ongoing marketing, I help shape larger brand projects. One of them is a full website redesign, planned to launch in early 2027, where I am responsible for the visual direction, page concepts and how the brand translates into a more modern digital experience.
Because the work is ongoing, the role is less about designing isolated pieces and more about keeping the whole brand connected. I work closely with the marketing team, technical colleagues and external partners such as printers, photographers and other creatives, making sure everything from a weekly newsletter to a major campaign still feels unmistakably vectano.
